Raju Menon has more than 3 decades of post qualification experience in the field of auditing, consultancy, taxation, incorporation, and commercial and company law. His vision, leadership, motivation, and commitment to his team have been instrumental in Kreston Menon establishing itself as a leading audit firm in UAE. He is a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a Certified Public Accountant from the United States.

CA. Saju Augustine is a Senior Partner at Kreston Menon Chartered Accountants with over 36 years of experience in audit and advisory services. He leads the firm’s Audit function across Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, managing engagements for around 500 enterprises and contributing to succession planning and inheritance advisory.

He is a Fellow Member of ICAI, holds an MBA in Finance and a B.Sc., and is a UAE Ministry of Economy–licensed auditor. He also serves as Regional Director (Middle East) of the Kreston Global Audit Group, with extensive cross-border experience and strong leadership in governance and advisory.

At the helm of Kreston Menon for the past 22 years, Khalid Al Shams is in charge of business development and client relations with large corporate houses and local businesses. As a key person responsible for Kreston Menon’s acceptability in the local market, he leads the business development initiatives at international as well as local events including business conferences, trade shows and exhibitions as well as press conferences.

A team leader with active participation in the management of the firm, she has extensive experience in supervising assignments for executive and regulatory organizations. Safiya has been associating with Kreston Menon right from its inception and has more than three decades of experience in the fields of Accounting and Audit in UAE. She is an Arab Certified Accountant and also a qualified Tax Agent. Prior to joining Kreston Menon, she worked as the Director of Finance and Investment of Emirates Postal Corporation (EMPOST)

Girija joined Kreston Menon’s Dubai Office as a partner in 2000, and since then has been contributing to the growth of the firm. Girija’s forte is audit, file reviews, and financial statement reporting in the UAE. She coordinates and monitors all the audit assignments and is the single point of contact for clients. She is also actively involved in the training and development of the auditors in Dubai.

Pushpakaran heads the Company Formation & Corporate Services division of Kreston Menon Group and has been with Kreston Menon for over 24 years. He is mainly focused on company formations in free zones, offshore centers and in the mainland. Liaising with international clients and local regulatory authorities, he brings in the best options for doing business. Under his leadership, Kreston Menon has been instrumental in guiding more than 7000 investors to establish their businesses in the UAE.

Sudhir Kumar, with over 30 years of business acumen in the domains of Management and Consulting in the UAE market is the primary resource behind the successful positioning of Kreston Menon as one of the leading Superbrand in the region. He works closely with all the market segments including Government, Corporate Sector, Free Zones as well as Financial Institutions. He spearheads the CSR initiatives of the organization along with his branding and corporate communication responsibilities.

Zeid has been in the leadership of Kreston Menon since 2004 and has been a key-contributing member in the success of Abu Dhabi operations. Clients are immensely benefited by his in-depth market understanding and technical knowledge. Zeid is competent in financial auditing, corporate structuring and has sound experience and creativity in planning, proposing business solutions, and business consulting.

Charly has developed a blend of auditing, accounting, and budgeting experience. He has gained extensive audit experience in the top International Accounting Firms – Price Water-house Coopers in India and Ernst & Young in Saudi Arabia. He also has experience in the internal auditing, financial accounting, budgeting, and business analysis. A rank holder for the B.Com degree and CA intermediate examinations, Charly has an exemplary academic record.

Harminder, Partner-in-Charge of the Jebel Ali Free Zone office has been with the firm for more than 15 years and has more than 25 years of experience in India and the U.A.E. His immense market knowledge and leadership has helped Kreston Menon to extend its reach to Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai.

Thomas has 34 years of extensive experience in audit and related services, including 16+ years with Deloitte & Touche, Dubai, prior to joining Kreston Menon in 2008. His experience covers several industries, including premier banking and financial institutions, manufacturing, real estate, retailing, insurance and financial services. Thomas, a graduate of the University of Calicut, India, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Prakash, a Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of ICAI, has 31 years of experience, of which the first 18 years were with professional firms PriceWaterhouse (India), Ernst & Young (Saudi Arabia), Arthur Andersen (UAE), KPMG (India) and Deloitte (UAE) in that order. This was followed by 12 years in the corporate world, where the last position he held was Chief Operating Officer–MENA Region with Jardine Lloyd Thomson IDB LLC. His expertise covers a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, banking, oil & gas, manufacturing, retailing, and advertising.

Biju Nair, who has been with Kreston Menon since its inception in the 90’s, has been a key player. He is passionate about serving his clients and maintains excellent relationships with bankers, local regulatory authorities and various embassies. With his excellent track record, he has now taken charge of the DAFZA office in Dubai and is focused on capitalizing on opportunities in the region.

Surandar Jesrani, a Chartered Accountant by qualification and an entrepreneur by nature, prior to founding MMJS, held key positions at HSBC Private Equity, Infosys, L&T and GM. Surandar is a thought leader, and the leading newspapers in the region frequently seek his views. Surandar is a speaker at various International forums and was recognized as ‘Corporate Icon of the Year’ for two consecutive years, 2018 and 2019.

Swati Arora, a Certified Public Accountant, USA and a Chartered Accountant from India, has been a member of the Kreston Menon team since 2011. Swati, operating from the Jebel Ali office leads the audit practice as well as handles client relations. Swati’s expertise and experience help her provide exceptional support to her impressive client list, which includes prominent MNCs and global brands.

CA. K. R. Rajendran is an Associate Partner with over 39 years of professional experience in finance, auditing, consulting, and accounting. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), CISA, and law graduate, he also holds certifications in forensic accounting, UAE corporate tax, and AI for accounting.

He has extensive experience across multiple industries, specializing in audits, risk management, M&A advisory, valuations, and due diligence. He actively engages with boards and regulators, leads audit reviews, and is known for his strong expertise, leadership, and commitment to continuous professional development.

Manoj Sasidharan is an Associate Partner and Fellow Member of ICAI with over two decades of experience in statutory audits, internal audits, and risk advisory. He specializes in risk-based auditing, internal control evaluation, and financial reporting integrity, delivering strategic insights that strengthen governance and performance.

He has led complex engagements across sectors, including manufacturing, real estate, trading, and professional services, with expertise in process reviews, compliance, and internal audit frameworks. Known for strong leadership, he mentors teams and drives audit quality aligned with global best practices.

Dinoop George is an Associate Partner at Kreston Menon with over two decades of experience, contributing to the firm’s advisory practice and strategic growth. With an Engineering background and MBA, he combines technical expertise with commercial insight. His expertise includes transaction advisory, M&A, valuations, due diligence, feasibility studies, financial planning, internal audits, and compliance.

He has worked across diverse industries and is known for delivering practical solutions, leading teams, and driving high-quality advisory services aligned with client goals and sustainable growth.

Mareena Saju is Director – Finance & Administration with over two decades of experience in financial management and operations. A Commerce graduate with studies in Cost and Management Accounting, she oversees budgeting, reporting, fiscal planning, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strong governance.

She also manages administrative functions, driving efficiency and regulatory compliance. Known for her analytical approach and leadership, she strengthens controls and performance while fostering collaboration. She is also actively involved in business and social organizations, contributing to community and professional development.

CA. Jayakrishna Pai has been with Kreston Menon since 2013 and serves as Audit Director, with over 12 years of experience in audit, assurance, and financial advisory across the UAE and international markets. A Fellow Member of ICAI, he holds FAFD certification and Dip IFR, and was a B.Com rank holder.

He specializes in aligning audit strategies with client objectives, ensuring compliance with ISAs, IFRSs, and UAE regulations. He leads audit teams, strengthens governance and controls, and is recognized for his integrity, technical expertise, and client-focused approach.
